Lobster

Our lobster is caught in the clear Atlantic Waters off the most Westerly point of the Connemara coast. Our fishermen use sustainable fishing methods, minimum size restrictions and v-notching to ensure the protection of the Irish lobster stocks.

We hold our lobsters in fresh tidal seaponds allowing us to consistently provide a premium quality product to our customers all year round. Our lobster is widely recognised for its superior flavour and texture.
