Crayfish is a much sought after delicacy and mostly found in rocky, exposed coastlines. Our crayfish have a delicate and sweet tasting flesh and are most widely available in summer when they live in shallower waters before migrating to deeper waters in winter. Our tidal ponds allow us to store crayfish from the summer months for the peak winter market.
